Power wins as Dixon takes the title - MAVTV 500 Presented by Lucas Oil Review

Will Power claimed his third win of the season at California's Auto Club Speedway as Scott Dixon secured his third IZOD IndyCar title on Saturday night, defeating Helio Catroneves in an action packed race of attrition that ended with only nine cars, five on the lead lap, still running at the end.

Honda Indy Two In Toronto roundup

The IZOD IndyCar Series' second double header event took place in Toronto this weekend, an event that also witnessed the championship's first ever standing start, although that didn't go quite as planned.

Scott Dixon put on another fine display to win his third race of the 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series, his third win in as many events. The Kiwi was untouchable from start to finish capping off a truly dominant weekend for the Ganassi driver. He beat Championship leader Helio Castroneves and a strong Sebastien Bourdais to sweep the weekend.

Following the 2012 Olympics in London, the track cyclist retired from competition and now spends some of his time racing cars in the new for 2013 Radical SR1 Cup. I caught up with Sir Chris at a very hot and sunny Oulton Park on the 6th July 2013 and he was kind enough to take a few minutes out of his busy day to sit down and chat to me about his new motorsport adventure.

Sebastien Loeb smashed the world record at the fabled Pikes Peak International Hill Climb at his first attempt, setting a time of 8 minutes 13.878 seconds , over one and a half minutes quicker than the previous record set by Rhys Millen in 2012 (9:46.164).

In 2013 the X Games expanded to become a global series. With this, the popular extreme sports competition visited new territories such as France, Spain, and Brazil. Eduardo Marques was one of the people who competed in X Games Brazil earlier this year as one of three local personalities to take part in the RallyCross event.

Master of Milwaukee, Hunter-Reay wins again at the mile - Milwaukee IndyFest Review

Ryan Hunter-Reay claimed his second consecutive win at the Milwaukee after a dominant late race display that saw him see off the Penske cars of Helio Castroneves and Will Power. It was a strong race for the Andretti team despite problems for Marco Andretti, with three of the teams four cars finishing in the top five.
