Brian Deegan topped second practice in Atlantic City, finishing ahead of Scott Speed who maintained second position,a quarter of a second back.Steve Arpin was third, ahead of Tanner Foust while Chris Atkinson's strong maiden Red Bull Global Rallycross event continued with fifth.
