Tanner Foust was the fastest qualifier for the second Red Bull Global Rallycross event at MCAS New River, eking out Steve Arpin by just over a tenth of a second.Foust's time of 40.102 seconds gave Volkswagen Andretti Rallycross their second pole position in succession after Scott Speed took the top spot in the first qualifying session of the weekend.
